DINESH PURSHOTTAM AGGARWAL

Mr Dinesh Aggarwal is the proprietor of M/s Balaji Ispat & M/s Bhagwati Steel Corporation, Nagpur. He is 49 Years old. He has studied BE Mechanical from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal. He has been dealing in Iron & Steel and Aluminum products since the last 25 Years. He has expanded the family business to more locations with his dynamic business mind and his excellent business vision. With offices at Nagpur, Raipur and Nashik, he has captured a good share of the central and western Indian steel market. He has a clear vision, a passion for the company and its people, and an ability to inspire trust. He will overlook the plant installation, production, planning and control of the factory. He will play a major part in raw material procurement as well.

VIVEK RAMVILAS AGARWAL

Mr Vivek Agarwal is BE in Production Engineering, from K J Somaiya College under Mumbai University and Masters in Technology Management from the U.S.A he has worked at Godrej Industries, Mumbai for 1 year and as a Project Engineer at Amazon.com. He is currently working in Bhagwati Steel Corporation as a Partner, which deals in High-Grade Engineering Steel for the Automobiles Sector in the domestic market as well as Import/Export of the same. The offices are in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Delhi. He is Director in LGS Enterprise which is an Investment arm for funding new-age start-ups in digital Technology, Edutech, etc. He is also a Director at Vrize Technologies which is a one-year-old USA-based digital services firm doing digital transformation for companies including AI, ML and Automation. With his connections in the steel industry he will contribute a lot towards strategy and business development. He is going to focus on sales and purchase strategy going forwards.

UTKARSH AGGARWAL

Mr Utkarsh Aggarwal has completed his education with MSC in Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science in 2020. He has completed 6 levels of actuarial science to date. He is 24 years old. He is young and has a dynamic personality and he is looking over the business after completing his studies. He is assisting the business to grow and expand with his new ideas and enthusiastic mind. He has previously worked for companies like Aditya Birla Wellness, DFCCIL (Ministry of Railways, India) etc. He believes there’s a better way to do everything and he sets his sights on constant improvement and development with utmost passion and commitment. He will overlook the financing operations and day-to-day plant operations. He will also have the responsibility of plant installation.

RAJEEV AMRITRAJ CHANDALIA:

Mr Rajeev Chandalia did Graduation from HR College, Mumbai & entered his father’s business Astute Proprietor of M/s Aditya Rayon, with over 20 years of exposure to deal with complex macro issues that may threaten company profitability and longevity by providing innovative turn-key solutions resulting in significant expenditure saving of up to 20%. Have always challenged himself by entering a different market with newer products like sized viscose filament yarn and flax yarn (linen) by becoming a market leader challenging the likes of corporate-like Jayshree (Birla Group) & Raymond. He will demonstrate expertise in persuading and negotiating with shareholders' representatives regarding the most appropriate product portfolio and marketing techniques.
